Why we exist.

Traditional accounting still runs by 90s rules — clients get a stack of PDFs once a quarter and have to take them on faith. No real visibility into profit, expenses, or cash flow. By the time you need to make a decision — hire someone, take on a contract — the numbers are a month or two out of date.

We started from the opposite direction: every client gets a private live Exiqze portal. You watch your profit update as we post invoices. VAT deadlines, payroll, annual filings — all in the portal, with reminders, no email back-and-forth.

It's not just software — it's a different relationship. Your accountant doesn't "hand over the report" — you work together, in real time.

How much does it cost for my business?
The price depends on three things: monthly revenue, number of employees, and number of invoices. Our calculator gives you an estimate in 10 seconds. For a small business with 1–3 employees it is typically between 150 and 250 €/month. The final quote comes after a short call — no commitment.
How long does switching from my current accountant take?
Usually 5–10 business days with zero disruption to your operations. We coordinate with your current accountant — we request the accounting registers, the trial balance, and all filings to date. You only sign a power of attorney for the NRA. The transition month is free.
Can I start with a trial month?
Yes. We offer a 30-minute video call plus access to a demo portal account, so you can see exactly how each module works for your specific business. The first month is at a fixed price with no long-term contract — if you are not happy, we part ways with no penalty.
What happens if you make a mistake?
We carry full professional liability before the NRA and NSSI. Over 12+ years of operations and hundreds of filings, we have zero cases where a client has paid a penalty for our error. If one ever happens — we cover all financial damages ourselves: recalculation, interest, fines. In practice: our mistake, our liability — not yours.
Do you file everything with the NRA on my behalf?
Yes. With a power of attorney we file monthly VAT returns, quarterly and annual tax returns, payroll information with the NSSI and NHIF, and the annual financial statement with the Commercial Register. You see everything in the portal — when it was filed, a copy of the return, and the confirmation from the NRA.
